I love this book. The authors clearly and concisely explain all the essential concepts needed to perform population pharmacokinetic modeling and simulation. Together with PLT Tools' manual, this book can guide anyone new to NONMEM to build the first population PK model.

Excellent book, I'm a “really beginner” into this sort of analytical tool. I tried to read others sources but obviously were a complex starting point.
